Todd is a real estate and finance professional with a 20 year background in historic redevelopment, investing, financing, managing collateral file compliance, private lending, project management, property management, loss mitigation, construction and neighborhood revitalization. He and his team have gone to work renovating hundreds of units in multiple cities and he has been featured in the media for his expertise in real estate.

A former deep sea diver (many years ago) –working on underwater construction projects in some of the harshest environments in the world– there’s not too much he hasn’t encountered and not been able to overcome. Todd's $3M real estate business was literally wiped out overnight when hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in August 2005. He had to rebuild from scratch in an entirely different market while cleaning up in the aftermath from Katrina 1,800 miles away. Going through that has given Todd a desire to show others how important it is to gain wealth and he does that through teaching real estate investing to others.
